We hosted our daughter's birthday party here. Our first time in the restaurant as we order takeout 3 or 4 times per month. Chelsea was exceptional in helping us make this a memorable night. The staff were very attentive, food exceptional, and the atmosphere was amazing. It was a ton of fun! 20 years in the restaurant business for me so consider this high praise.

Great Friday night experience. It was lively and the whole restaurant got into the spirit when Zorba played, broken plates and all. The food is a very high standard. Highly recommend

I’ve been to this restaurant before and every time we eat there the food is so delicious and the service is great. We had the Lamb shank with roasted potatoes with a tasteful sauce. I could honestly say that was the best Lamb shank that I had. The waiter kept his eyes on us if we needed anything. I think he said his name was Thomas, I’m really bad with names. I would recommend this place. Their baked chicken is also mouth watering.

While visiting Stamford, I was looking for a quick but delicious dinner. I found it here in Kouzina. Taverna’s vibe and music creates a transformation feeling that it’s not cold outside, but you are in Greece. I recommend starting with sampler, so you can get taste of Greece. After that choice is yours - chicken, lamb, fish and much more. I went with Mousaka - Layers of Potato, Roasted Eggplant, Ground Beef and their special sauce...Delicious!!!

Pretty good place. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there. Ordered a bit too much food maybe. Everything apart of hummus was amazing. Hummus I maybe wouldn’t order again. Apart of that we ordered vegetarian lasagna, spinach pie and halloumi cheese.

Great Greek place! We loved the dishes and the Mediterranean vibes. My picky 6 years old loved every one of the dishes, the desserts are great and the iced coffee really good! We were sitting outside and enjoy every minute. Very recommended for families!

I was craving some Greek food and found the best place in Old Downtown Stamford. The venue has a great atmospher, it's relaxed but low key classy and clean. Its decorated well, not overwhelming Greek. The staff are friendly, courteous, and gave me great recommendations. I ordered the Greek spread sampler with eggplant, hummus, and spicy feta as my three options. The eggplant was the winner, it was zesty, refreshing, and lots of flavor. Second place was the spicy feta, creamy and just enough of a kick. Last place was the hummus, a little dry for my taste and neutral in flavor. I also ordered the Bifteki with fries. They're seasoned to perfection and are moist to the cut. They pair well with the tzatziki sauce. And the fries are well seasoned and crispy I'm looking forward to another work trip to Stamford so I can come back. One of the best Greek restaurants I've ever been.

What a great experience! It felt like we escaped to Greece for the evening. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was a happy party vibe , and the waiters sang and played tambourine while passing everyone in the restaurant shots . This is not a place you want to come for a quiet dinner , expect a happy , engaged greek experience. It's definitely a great place for a birthday celebration .
